I had emailed you guys a few weeks ago about a review monitoring tool I built called Reputology.com. I don't think anyone from your business signed up, and it made me sad... Just kidding. Actually, I'd just love some feedback as to why it didn't pique your interest.
If it's because the tool is not beefy enough, we can also aggregate and analyze all the reviews. And Reputology can send you daily/weekly summary reports and help you keep tabs on how your team follows up with reviews.
